    I get the email, but can't download the design! I did try to update profile, but it made no difference. It's a cute design, but I am not going to sweat not getting it.

    If you missed the design when it was included in the daily newsletter, here are the steps to get it-

    1. Go to "My account -> My personal information.
    2. Uncheck "Sign up for our newsletter!" and enter your password in the "Current Password" field and then click the "Save" button.
    3. Repeat the steps above and check the "Sign up for our newsletter!" option again, you'll get the design link instantly by email.

    Go to "My account=> My personal information", there you'll find the Subscribe/Unsubscribe option.

    I've done everything that has been suggested. I get the newsletter in my inbox and use it to get to the site, but can't get the gnome.
