What I LOVE about EMBROIDERY

I love embroidery because it allows me to teach a skill to my students that teaches them 1. Patience 2. self-confidence 3. pride in a job done to the best of their ability. I personally love embroidery because it allows me to relax as I watch the machine create. I love doing Applique but I also like redwork and fill in... but my favorite would be Applique, it allows me to use all those scraps I keep hoarding.
