Why I love Embroidery?

I am fairly new to machine embroidery. I love to embroider, it is fun to see something beautiful taking shape under your needle. I mostly give away my work to family and friends. I enjoy giving gifts that i have made. I do need to do more with my machine, it seems like I go in spurts, let it sit idle for a while and then have a flurry of activity where I make all sorts of items for myself and others! I love seeing the beautiful designs that people post in the various embroidery groups.
