I love Embroidery!

I have been a quilter for about 20 years, and thought that was my niche - until I discovered embroidery! The things you can create without spending weeks of labor and hundreds of dollars in supplies for one project! I particularly like applique, since I have always loved the look but absolutely HATE to machine applique - and I don't do ANY handwork except sewing on bindings! You can make a quick gift, or sew a little something for yourself in just a few minutes. And the things you can embroider on! I recently did toilet paper, paper towels, and baseballs. I would never have believed I could do this! I love this new hobby - just as long as my machines cooperate! It is a nice thing while "sheltering" and "social distancing". Thank goodness for hobbies!
