Why I love embroidery!

I have been doing embroidery since the first home machines came out.....probably about 30+ years. I have upgraded my machines many times, and have loved it all of those years. Currently I use a 10 needle machine, but still own some single needle ones as well. I really enjoy making ITH items, as well as many personal items for gifts throughout the years. My grandkids have always sported things that had embroidery on them, and in the workplace I always had clothing with embroidery on them as well. I really couldn't handle "naked" clothing. My home has many wallhangings in it, and many of them have embroidery on them as well . It is a nice way to add a special touch to any of the items I have created. I also taught owners classes on embroidery machines for about 15 years, along with many classes that were centered around embroidery. Yes, I truly have a LOVE for this craft!!
