Why I love embroidery

I love being able to give people gifts that they can't buy anywhere else. I have an unusual first name and I was disappointed as a child that I couldn't find any personalized items with my name on them. I have used filled, ith, and applique designs over the years. I love the ease of filled designs but I enjoy the other designs as well. I find applique the most challenging. I find it difficult to get them trimmed perfectly. I think Ith designs are really fun.
