Hello Sew Sweetly Fans!

We have been receiving lots of requests for a long time to add the .ART embroidery file format, and finally, we have decided to add it for the newer designs!

But before we add it to the website, we need your feedback on whether it is compatible with your embroidery machine.

Please comment below if you use the .ART format.

    Which ART format? ART4, ART6, ART8. They are all different

    Hi @Darlene, we can provide any version, but we would like to add a version that can be used with any generation of the machines, does the ART4 version compatible with the newer machines?

    I use the Bernina software, which is ART format.

    Yes, art4 is compatible with Bernina Artista 200 and 740. The newest machines use EXP or DST, then you have to convert

    ik heb pfaff softwaer,bernina en brother,met de pfaff prememium+2 kan het niet opendoen moet selekteren open doen met bernina,bernina gaat open,bestand exporteren in pes of ander heb brother machine.met de vorige versi van pfaff ging het wel,wet niet hoe het komt

    I use Bernina Software V6. I find that some site have designs in ART older formats which when down loaded shows up with GREEN LETTERING then I am not able to open the file.

    I think ART format is only used by Bernina machines. I use ART format. I would also like to see the digitizers list the type f software they use to design their items for sale. It would make translating a design more successful.

    Don't worry about other file formats, they are still available for all designs. 🙂 This post is for the .art file format users 👍️

    When there is a format my machine doesn't use, I use free program to convert it to my needs. I never expect a digitizer to do all the formats available. I try to do my part.
